GUARANTEE - At Nichares client satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that looking and feeling your best is essential, and we stand behind the quality of our work. That’s why we offer a comprehensive two-week satisfaction guarantee on all our services.

CANCELLATION’s - We completely understand life happens! If you are unable to make an appointment we require 48 hours notice. Cancellations outside of this time frame will have a 50% cancellation fee. This is because it doesn’t allow us to offer the appointment to someone else in this short time frame. In turn, if we cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances your appointment will be 50% off.

NO SHOW - If an appointment is missed without any prior warning we charge a 100% fee of the booking. This is because it doesn’t allow us to offer the appointment to anyone else or make use of the time in other ways.

ATTEND ALONE - Due to limited space in the salon we kindly ask you to attend your appointment alone, this includes children. This also ensure we can give every client the ultimate relaxation experience. SKIN TEST - By law we are required to carry out a skin test a minimum of 48 hours before a new colour booking or if you haven’t been to the salon for over 6 months.

Holding Hair Extensions - If we do not hear back from you regarding the collection of paid for hair extensions (within 12 months). Unclaimed hair extensions will be donated to The Little Princess Trust Charity.
