Nathan has been hairdressing for over 15 years & brings great energy to Nichares.

With a vast amount of courses, qualifications and experience under his belt - we’re so happy to have him with us as our lead educator on the team.

She's funny & caring and puts top quality customer service at the forefront of everything she does. Having worked in custom service from the age of 14 Lily's natural warmth shines through.

Shannon is well and truly Cameron’s ‘right hand woman’. She makes all of the new, crazy & ambitious dreams actually happen for the salon (like our drag bottomless blow dry, which was a HUGE success btw). It’s fair to say we wouldn’t be nearly as organised without her!

Head of Marketing

Chloe joined the team in 2024 to lead our marketing for the Dermody Group. She’s the girl behind the camera, social media’s and works closely with Cameron ensuring we’re aligned with our brand and our values. She has a fantastic chilled vibe around her and the office wouldn’t be the same without her!
